  • Thick sliced sourdough bread
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes on the vine

  1. Heat the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, add in brown sauce (to taste).

  2. Drizzle the cherry tomatoes with a small amount of oil and season, place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until blistered.

  3. Fry the black pudding (until crisp on each side), bacon (until crispy) and mushrooms.

  4. Poach the duck egg.

  5. Toast & butter the sour dough bread.

  6. Assemble the bruschetta and generously coat with the Macphie Nacho Sauce.
