Recipe All-day breakfast bruschetta

Ingredients
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Brown sauce
- Thick sliced sourdough bread
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes on the vine
- Black pudding
- Smoked streaky bacon
- Black pudding
- Duck egg
- Butter

Method
Heat the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, add in brown sauce (to taste).
Drizzle the cherry tomatoes with a small amount of oil and season, place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until blistered.
Fry the black pudding (until crisp on each side), bacon (until crispy) and mushrooms.
Poach the duck egg.
Toast & butter the sour dough bread.
Assemble the bruschetta and generously coat with the Macphie Nacho Sauce.
