
Ingredients
- Pre-rolled puff pastry sheet 30cm x 20cm
- Macphie Plant-based White Sauce
- 12-14 asparagus tips
- Macphie Plant-based Glaze

Method
Trim and blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 5 seconds then place into iced water. Once cooled, remove from the ice water and leave on a towel to dry.
Spread the Macphie Plant-based White Sauce over the puff pastry leaving around a 2-3cm gap from the edges.
Lay the asparagus over the white sauce.
Brush the Macphie Plant-based Glaze over the edges.
Place onto a lined baking tray.
Place into a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is cooked.
