1. Hand stretch the pizza dough out on a floured surface to 30cm in diameter.

  2. Cover the base with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.

  3. Spread the cooked, chilled streaky bacon generously over the pizza, leaving space in the centre for the egg (sliced sausages can be added at this stage also).

  4. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and crack an egg in the centre of the pizza.

  5. Place into a pre-heated pizza oven and cook the pizza until the base is cooked and the crusts are brown and crispy.

  6. Serve immediately.
