Bearnaise

Ingredients
- Burger roll
- Thick beef burger patty
- Sliced beef tomatoes
- Macphie Hollandaise Sauce
- Chopped tarragon
Method
Cook the thick burger patty in a hot griddle pan or grill, seasoning whilst cooking.
Toast your burger roll.
To make your Bearnaise sauce heat up the Macphie Hollandaise Sauce, then add the chopped tarragon and mix thoroughly.
Assemble the burger with lots of Bearnaise sauce.
