Recipe Billionaires flapjack

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 50g water
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Caramel Icing
- 360g white chocolate
- 40g oil
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing
- Gold leaf
- Any other decorations as desired

Method
Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
For 18×30 sheet deposit into a flat lined tray, bake at 176°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool slightly.
Heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Caramel Icing to 45°C and deposit, allow to set.
Heat white chocolate and oil together and spread on top.
Drizzle with Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing.
Decorate as desired.
