Method

  1. Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.

  3. For 18×30 sheet deposit into a flat lined tray, bake at 176°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.

  4. Allow to cool slightly.

  5. Heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Caramel Icing to 45°C and deposit, allow to set.

  6. Heat white chocolate and oil together and spread on top.

  7. Drizzle with Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing.

  8. Decorate as desired.
