Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to Macphie Blondie Mix.

  2. Beat for 1 minute on slow.

  3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium.

  4. Deposit between 4-5kg and bake at 175°C for 50-55 minutes (18inch x 30inch sheets).
