Ingredients

  • 2 potato waffles
  • 1 sausage patty
  • 1 rasher smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 hash brown
  • 1 black pudding slice
  • 1 free range egg
  • Nob of butter
  • Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Method

  1. Cook the potato waffles and hash browns according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

  2. In a frying pan, fry off the sausage patties, black pudding slices and smoked streaky bacon.  Place onto warm.

  3. Wipe the pan out and return to the heat. Add the nob of butter and crack the egg – cook to your liking.

  4. Heat the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce in a small saucepan.

  5. Assemble the breakfast stack using the potato waffle as your ‘bread’.

  6. Fill the middle with plenty of Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
