• Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • Cooked diced potato
  • Olive oil
  • Diced red onion
  • Diced chorizo
  • Diced green pepper
  • Finley diced chilli
  • Crushed tortilla chips
  • Sliced spring onion
  • Picked coriander 


  1. In a large frying pan on a medium heat, cook the diced chorizo until it starts to caramelise.

  2. Add the diced potato and continue to cook until they start to brown.

  3. Drizzle a little olive oil into the pan followed by the red onions, peppers and chilli.

  4. Cook for 3-4 mins until the peppers start to soften, season with salt and pepper and spoon the hash mix into serving dishes/containers.

  5. Heat up the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce and pour over the hash mix along with crushed tortillas.

  6. Top with spring onions and coriander.
