1. Slice the brioche and the haggis to the same thickness, cut a hole in the brioche as the same diameter at the haggis.

  2. In a pan, melt some butter and gently toast the brioche bread until golden on both sides and remove the pan.

  3. Add in a touch more butter and allow to melt, add the haggis and cook on both sides until crisp.

  4. Gently heat the Macphie Southern Style Gravy and pour onto a plate, carefully place the brioche into the centre and place the haggis into the hole.
