1. Cook Beef Burger on a griddle pan until cooked through.

  2. Prepare lettuce and slice the tomatoes and gherkins.

  3. Poach the two eggs in seasoned water.

  4. Toast the two English muffins until golden brown.

  5. Build the muffins with the pepper ranch sauce, lettuce, tomato, gherkin and top with the cooked beef burger and poached egg.

  6. Gently heat the Macphie Hollandaise Sauce and generously spoon over the top.
