Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Vegan Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 475g water
- 270g vegetable oil
- 75g glycerine
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate
- 1kg Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix
- 370g water
- 170g vegetable oil
- 30g glycerine
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- Garnish as required
- Chocolate

Method Makes 64 cake pops
Mix the Macphie Vegan Chocolate Cake Mix and liquids on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Deposit the batter into 2 prepped 7” x 12” baking tins.
Bake at 180⁰C for 30-35 minutes.
Once cooled crumb the sponge. Left over sponge can also be used.
Repeat the process with Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix.
Once crumbed add softened Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate and Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.
Shape into balls with sticks or place in lolly pop moulds and freeze.
Dip into melted vegan suitable chocolate and decorate as required.
