Recipe Carrot cake cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie American Carrot Cake Mix
- 200g water
- 300g grated fresh carrot
- Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting

Method
Place the Macphie American Carrot Cake Mix, water and grated fresh carrot into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit 40-45g and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
When cooked and cooled, top with Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting.
