1. Place the Macphie American Carrot Cake Mix, water and grated fresh carrot into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.

  2. Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Mix for a final minute on slow speed.

  4. Deposit 40-45g and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

  5. When cooked and cooled, top with Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting.
