1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.  Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Deposit as required and bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes (between 4-5kg for 18inch x 30inch sheets).

  4. When cooked and cool, cut the crème cake into 1 inch thick slabs and sandwich a layer of Macphie Chocolate Frosting between the layers.

  5. Spread Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing over the top and drizzle Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing over the top to finish.
