Method

  1. Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.

  3. Deposit 30g at bottom of a tulip muffin case.

  4. Place the Macphie Mississippi Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle and beat on slow speed whilst gradually adding the liquids for 1 minute, scrape down.  Mix on middle speed for 6 minutes and slow speed for a final minute.

  5. Deposit 50g on top of the flapjack base.

  6. Place into a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 35 minutes until fully cooked.

  7. Allow to cool slightly before injecting with Macphie Luxury Salted Caramel Filling.
