Method

  1. Place the Mississippi Chocolate Cake & Muffin Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, beat for 1 minute on slow speed, whilst gradually adding 435g water and 250g vegetable oil for 1 minute, scrape down.

  2. Beat for 6 minutes on middle speed, add any inclusions and mix for a final minute on slow speed.

  3. Deposit into small bakeable card loaf cases at 90g each.

  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Once baked & cooled finish with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
