Recipe Chocolate mini loaf cakes

Ingredients
- Macphie Mississippi Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 435g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
Place the Mississippi Chocolate Cake & Muffin Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, beat for 1 minute on slow speed, whilst gradually adding 435g water and 250g vegetable oil for 1 minute, scrape down.
Beat for 6 minutes on middle speed, add any inclusions and mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit into small bakeable card loaf cases at 90g each.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C.
Once baked & cooled finish with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
