Recipe Chocolate pancakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate Dessert topping
- 1200g water
- 50g dark cocoa powder
- Butter
Method
Mix the Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix and cocoa powder together, with the water, until you get a smooth batter.
Place a measured amount into a pre-heated pan and cook until fully baked through on both sides.
Once cooked stack on top of each other and coat with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate Dessert topping.
Place a small knob of butter on top.
