Recipe Christmas doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate
- 1000g bread flour
- 80g yeast
- 840g water
- Macphie Luxury Filling
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Icing
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
Make up doughnuts with Macphie Premium Fermented Doughnut Concentrate as per TIS sheet.
Once doughnuts are made and cooled, fill using Macphie Luxury Filling of your choice (Belgian Chocolate, Banoffee or Salted Caramel).
To finish, use Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings range and Macphie Sweet Snow® to decorate as desired.
