Recipe Christmas doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate
- 1000g bread flour
- 80g yeast
- 840g water
- Macphie Luxury Filling
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Icing
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
- Make up doughnuts with Macphie Premium Fermented Doughnut Concentrate as per TIS sheet.
- Once doughnuts are made and cooled, fill using Macphie Luxury Filling of your choice (Belgian Chocolate, Banoffee or Salted Caramel).
- To finish, use Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings range and Macphie Sweet Snow® to decorate as desired.
