Recipe Easter cupcakes

Ingredients
- Macphie Mississippi Muffin & Cake Mix
- Water
- Vegetable oil
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- Food colouring

Method
Place the Mississippi Muffin & Cake Mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle and beat on slow speed whilst gradually adding the liquids for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix on middle speed for 6 minutes and blend in any inclusions on slow speed for a final minute.
Bake in cupcake cases at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
Once baked and cooled, top with coloured Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.
