Recipe Fish pie
Ingredients
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- King prawns
- Raw salmon
- Raw cod
- Peas
- Mash potato
- Seasoning
Method Makes 4 portions
Dice the cod and salmon and mix with the prawns and peas with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce and season.
Place into a pie dish and top with the mash potato.
Place into a pre heated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes until the potato is golden brown and the filling is piping hot.
