Recipe Flapjack topped brownies
Ingredients
- 2500g Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 125g cold water
- 2500g Brownie Mix
- 725g cold water
- 325g vegetable oil
Method
Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium.
For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg of the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Spread the Macphie Flapjack Mix over the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 175⁰C.
