Recipe Flapjack topped brownies

Ingredients
- 2500g Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 125g cold water
- 2500g Brownie Mix
- 725g cold water
- 325g unsalted butter
- 188g chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa content)

Method
Place Macphie Flapjack Mix into machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
Place Macphie Brownie Mix in a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add in the melted butter and chocolate, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add water, scrape down and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg of the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Spread the Macphie Flapjack Mix over the top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180⁰C.
