Method

  1. Place Ginger Sensation®, water and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down. Mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Deposit 1600g in a 10” lined tin.

  4. Bake for approx. 90 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Once fully baked and cool, split cake into 3 equal layers.

  6. Take Macphie Vanilla Frosting, add 30% Macphie Luxury Salted Caramel Filling & blend till fully combined.

  7. Pipe each layer with small stars using a star nozzle.

  8. Pipe a final layer on the top and decorate with toffee popcorn and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
