Ginger traybakes



  1. Place the Macphie Ginger Sensation® Mix,  water and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Deposit into a lined 18×30 sheet.

  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C.

  6. Allow to cool.

  7. Heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing to 45°C and flood.

  8. Garnish with the stem ginger.
