Recipe Ginger traybakes

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Ginger Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing
- Crystalised stem ginger

Method
Place the Macphie Ginger Sensation® Mix, water and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
Deposit into a lined 18×30 sheet.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C.
Allow to cool.
Heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing to 45°C and flood.
Garnish with the stem ginger.
