Recipe Hasselback butternut squash

Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping or Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping
- Butternut squash
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Olive oil

Method
Peel butternut squash & slice in half lengthways.
Thinly slice 2/3rds of the way down through the butternut squash.
Place on an oiled baking tray with garlic & thyme.
Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil & Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping or Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
Roast for 45 minutes at 180°C, occasionally brushing with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping or Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
