Method

  1. Peel butternut squash & slice in half lengthways.

  2. Thinly slice 2/3rds of the way down through the butternut squash.

  3. Place on an oiled baking tray with garlic & thyme.

  4. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil & Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping or Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.

  5. Roast for 45 minutes at 180°C, occasionally brushing with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping or Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
