Recipe Highland cow cake

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 225g water
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Macphie Chocolate Frosting

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Divide into two 8″ round cake tins.
Bake at 160⁰C for 50-55 minutes.
Divide both cakes to create four layers and sandwich with Macphie Vanilla Frosting.
Mask the cake with Macphie Chocolate Frosting and decorate using modelling chocolate and coloured buttercream.
