Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 230g chocolate chips
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Edible sprinkles
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and chocolate chips into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Roll and trim into a 30cm round about 1cm thick.
Chill for 1 hour before cooking at 160°C for 20 minutes.
Heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing to 45°C and use to write message.
Pipe Macphie Vanilla Frosting around the edge.
Garnish with edible sprinkles.
