Recipe Lemon loaf cakes
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 200g water
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit 400g into loaf tins and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
When cooked and cool, cover with Macphie Vanilla Frosting.
