Massive doh-ring

Method

  1. Place the Macphie Madeira Cake Mix & margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.

  2. Add the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed. Mix for a final minute on slow speed.

  3. Deposit the mix evenly across two savarin moulds and bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

  4. One cooked, turn out on a wire rack and leave to cool. Once cooled, fill with Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour and sandwich together.

  5. Flood with warmed Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour and sprinkle with coloured sugar strands.
