Mini ginger loaf cakes



  1. Place the Macphie Ginger Sensation®, water and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Deposit into small bakeable card loaf cases at 90g each.

  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C.

  6. Allow to cool.

  7. Decorate as desired.
