Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.  Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Deposit 50g and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

  4. When cooked and cool, pipe on Macphie Vanilla Frosting.

  5. Drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping.
