Recipe Nacho smoked bacon mac ’n’ cheese

Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Nacho Cheese sauce
- 500g macaroni pasta
- 200g tortilla chips
- 150g smoked bacon

Method
- Cook the macaroni in seasoned water as per pack instructions.
- Cook the bacon and slice into strips.
- Mix Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce with the pasta and pour mix into oven-proof dishes.
- Scatter broken tortillas and bacon over the top and bake for 15 minutes, until the top of the pasta starts to char.
