Naked Carrot Cake



  1. Combine the Macphie American Carrot Cake Mix, water and carrots with a beater and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on 2nd speed.

  2. Deposit into two round tins and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (360°F).

  3. Once cooled, layer and top with Macphie Rainbow Cream Cheese Frosting.

  4. Decorate with chopped walnuts.
