1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add  vegetable oil and water to Macphie Blondie Mix.

  2. Beat for 1 minute on slow, then beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Fold in the fresh raspberries and white chocolate chunks.

  4. Deposit into a suitable lined baking tray and feather with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.

  5. Bake for 40mins at 170°C.°C

  6. When cooked and cooled a little, cut and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
