Recipe Raspberry & white chocolate blondie
Ingredients
- 1 kg Macphie Blondie Mix
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- 190g water
- 190g vegetable oil
- 100g white chocolate chunks
- 100g fresh raspberries
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to Macphie Blondie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow, then beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Fold in the fresh raspberries and white chocolate chunks.
Deposit into a suitable lined baking tray and feather with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
Bake for 40mins at 170°C.°C
When cooked and cooled a little, cut and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
