Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix
- Macphie Vegan Vanilla Frosting
- 170g vegetable oil
- 370g water
- 30g vegan suitable glycerine
- 15g rose flavour & colour
- Vegan suitable sugar paste

Method Makes 38 cakes
- Mix the Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix and liquids (including rose flavouring) on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
- Divide batter into 4 equal parts and colour. Deposit batters into 7x6 lightly greased foils and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25-30 minutes.
- To finish, trim the slabs and cut unto 3” circles, sandwich and top with rose flavoured and coloured Macphie Vegan Frosting.
- Butterfly is cut out of vegan suitable sugar paste.
