Skeleton biscuits idea from Macphie for your shelves



  1. Mix the Macphie Shortbread Mix with the dark cocoa powder and add the softened butter in a mixing bowl.

  2. Beat with a paddle on a slow speed until a dough has formed.

  3. Allow to rest for a few minutes.

  4. Roll out to around 1cm in thickness.

  5. Cut out using a skeleton cutter and place into a lined baking tray

  6. Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool.

  8. Melt the white chocolate and place into a piping bag, pipe the details of a skeleton onto the biscuits.
