Recipe Skeleton biscuits

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 400g softened butter
- Coloured icings

Method
Mix the Macphie Shortbread Mix with the dark cocoa powder and add the softened butter in a mixing bowl.
Beat with a paddle on a slow speed until a dough has formed.
Allow to rest for a few minutes.
Roll out to around 1cm in thickness.
Cut out using a skeleton cutter and place into a lined baking tray
Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Melt the white chocolate and place into a piping bag, pipe the details of a skeleton onto the biscuits.
