Method

  1. Deep fry the chicken breasts until golden brown, crispy and fully cooked through.

  2. Toast the brioche buns.

  3. Assemble by smothering the bottom of the buns with mayonnaise, followed by the shredded lettuce.

  4. Place the crispy chicken on top of the lettuce and generously pour over the Macphie Southern Style Gravy. Top with the brioche lid.

  5. Serve with coleslaw, corn on the cob and fries!
