1. Cook the diced potato in a large frying pan with a knob of butter until almost golden brown.

  2. Add the diced onion to the pan and cook until soft. Add the diced corned beef and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. In a separate pan, fry an egg in a little butter and place it onto the finished hash mix.

  4. Heat the Macphie Southern Style Gravy and generously pour over the hash mix.

  5. Garnish with the fresh herbs.
