Recipe Speculoos frosted cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Macphie Speculoos Frosting

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation® Mix, water and oil and beat for 1 minute on low speed.
Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Deposit 40-45g and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
When cooked and cooled, top with Macphie Speculoos Frosting.
