Recipe Speculoos mini loaf cakes
Ingredients
- Macphie Mississippi Toffee Muffin & Cake Mix
- 425g water
- 235g vegetable oil
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping
- Speculoos biscuits to decorate
Method
Place the Macphie Mississippi Toffee Muffin & Cake Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, beat for 1 minute on slow speed, whilst gradually adding water and vegetable oil for 1 minute, scrape down.
Beat for 6 minutes on middle speed, add any inclusions and mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit into small bakeable card loaf cases at 90g each.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C.
Allow to cool.
Place the Macphie Vanilla Frosting into a piping bag and pipe on top.
Drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping.
Decorate as desired with Speculoos biscuits.
