Method

  1. Bring your steak to room temperature.

  2. Heat a pan over a medium to high heat and add a small amount of oil.

  3. Rub a small amount of oil onto the steak and season.

  4. Place into the pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and caramelised. Add a small amount of butter for the final few minutes.

  5. Once cooked, remove from the pan and pour over the butter, allow to rest for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Beat the eggs together and season. Melt a small amount of butter in a saucepan and add the eggs. Stir continuously until perfectly cooked.

  7. Gently heat Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.

  8. Place the scrambled eggs into the croissants and top with sliced steak and Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
