
Ingredients
- Ready-made puff pastry
- 250g Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate
- 800g turkey mince
- 500g cold water
- Turkey seasoning
- Butternut squash
- Cranberry sauce
- Macphie GlenGlaze®

Method
Add the water and Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle and blend on a slow speed for 1 minute. Add in the turkey mince, turkey seasoning and diced roasted butternut squash. Slowly mix until completely incorporated.
Lay out the puff pastry in a long sheet, place the mix down the centre, fold the pastry over the top of the mix and pull tightly.
Trim off the puff pastry to leave a small overlap. Press to make a seal then roll the sausage roll so that the seal is underneath, bring the ends together and seal.
Pre heat your oven to 190°C.
Place onto a tray and generously brush over Macphie GlenGlaze® and decorate as desired.
Place onto a lined flat baking tray and place into the oven, bake for 40-45 minutes until a core temperature of 85°C has been achieved.
