Vegan fish finger sandwich - using Macphie Plant-based White Sauce



  1. To make the tartar sauce, Place the Macphie Plant-based White Sauce in a bowl.
  2. Add the finely chopped shallots, gherkin, dill and capers to the sauce and mix through.
  3. And lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and put into a small dish.
  4. Cook the vegan fish fingers.
  5. Toast the sourdough slices.
  6. Heat the mushy peas and season.
  7. Spread the mushy peas on the toast then assemble your sandwich.
  8. Serve tartar sauce on the side.
