Ingredients

  • 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
  • 250g Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • Tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • Few drops of tabasco sauce
  • Tsp English mustard
  • Tsp grain mustard
  • 200g stout or ale, reduced to 50g

Method

  1. Stretch or roll your pizza dough on a floured surface to a oblong shape.

  2. Mix the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce with the mustards, Worcester sauce, reduced ale and tabasco sauce.

  3. Spread your rarebit sauce in the middle of your dough, roll and pinch the sides in to create a boat shape.

  4. Cook in a hot over until bubbly and brown.
