Recipe Lemon barrel panna cotta
Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Panna Cotta
- 100g lemon juice
- Crushed caramel
- Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping
- Flapjack crumb made using Macphie’s Flapjack mix per recipe
- Fresh fruit to serve
Method Makes 5 portions
Heat the Macphie Panna Cotta with the lemon juice until it starts to boil then pour into pipe moulds lined with cling film and parchment.
Leave to set for 2 hours.
Once set, roll in the crushed caramel.
Serve with Macphie Sicilian Lemon o.t.t® dessert topping and fresh fruit.
