Method

  1. Place Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and dark chocolate pieces into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add  the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

  2. Grease two cupcake tins, one just the underneath (to use as the mould).

  3. Roll the cookie dough into 50g balls and place in the cupcake tins. Then press the other tin down on the top to create a cup.

  4. Bake for 20 mins at 200⁰C until the cookie cups are hard, carefully remove from the tin and place on a cooling rack to cool.

  5. Heat the Macphie Mactop ® Traditional and chocolate pieces in a bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between until you have a smooth ganache. Leave to cool slightly before placing in a piping bag and fill the empty shells.

  6. Finish with drizzles of Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
