Method

  1. Cut puff pastry into large circles.

  2. Fill one half of the puff pastry with apple pie filling.

  3. Fold over the other half of the pasty and seal tightly.

  4. Brush with water and sprinkle on caster sugar.

  5. Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 420⁰C.

  6. Once baked leave to cool.

  7. Place 500g Macphie Macfil into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk and add 110g of water & whisk for approx. 8 minutes until the consistency is like cream.

  8. Cut the apple turn overs through the middle and pipe Macphie Macfil into the turnover.

  9. Dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
