- 500g Macphie Chocolate Pot
- 75g cherry liquor
- Vanilla mascarpone
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
Grease and line 4 small tart rings and clingfilm the bottoms.
Bring the Macphie Chocolate Pot to the boil, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins.
Take off the heat and stir in the cherry liquor until combined.
Pour into the tart rings, cool slightly then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Gently run a hot knife around the inside of the rings to release the disks.
Serve with the Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping, a quenelle of vanilla mascarpone and garnishes of your choice.
