Recipe Brownie ice-cream sandwich

Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping
- 1000g Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g cold water
- 130g unsalted butter (melted)
- 75g chocolate (melted)
- 1 litre Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- 100g sugar

Method
Add sugar into the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative. Pour into a table top churner and mix until it thickens (time will depend on machine). Place into a tub and freeze until required.
Place Macphie Brownie Mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater, add in the melted butter & chocolate and mix for 1 minute on slow.
Add in the water and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit into a 12×7” tray, greased & lined with foil. Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C.
Once cool, using a 3″ circle cutter, cut out rounds of brownie and cut through the centre. Place one round on a plate.
Place a ball of ice cream in the middle, and the other half of brownie on top, drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.
