Method

  1. Add sugar into the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative.  Pour into a table top churner and mix until it thickens (time will depend on machine).  Place into a tub and freeze until required.

  2. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.  Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.  Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

  3. For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg.  Bake for 50-55 minutes at 175⁰C.

  4. Once cool, using a 3″ circle cutter, cut out rounds of brownie and cut through the centre.  Place one round on a plate.

  5. Place a ball of ice cream in the middle, and the other half of brownie on top, drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.
