Recipe Cauliflower wings
Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping
- Cauliflower
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Water
- Coriander
Method
Make up a simple batter using flour & water.
Cut cauliflower into florets.
Dip the florets into batter and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until cooked and breadcrumbs are golden.
Toss into a bowl with Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
Place into serving bowl and sprinkle rough chopped coriander on top.
