Recipe Chicago town deep pan pizza

Ingredients
- 500g ready-to-roll pizza dough
- Macphie Pizza Topping
- Grated mozzarella cheese

Method
Hand stretch or roll the pizza dough to fit the skillet, having it slightly thicker than usual (around 0.5-1cm in thickness).
Place into a lightly greased iron skillet and allow the crust to slightly come up the sides.
Top with Macphie Pizza Topping and grated mozzarella.
Bake in an oven at 210°C for 12-15 minutes, until the base is crisp and fully cooked and the toppings are golden brown.
