Method Makes 6 waffles

  1. Place the Mississippi Muffin & Cake Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water and oil and beat for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down the bowl and beat for 6 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Pour a ladle of the mix into a pre-heated waffle iron and cook until crispy

  3. While still warm, scoop some chocolate ice cream on top of the waffles, followed by cherries and drizzle generously with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
